Ukrainian Journal reported that Naftogaz Ukrayiny has proposed that industrial producers agree on the purchase of gas from alternative traders operating on the European market, the Russian market and other countries.

According to Mr Yevhen Bakulin Bakulin CEO of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, "Today we address you [industrial producers] with a proposal to take part in the settling of the issue of bringing traders to the Ukrainian market jointly with you. We all have an interest in this.”
