BS thermoplastic reflective road marking paint is produced according to BS3262 standard. The coating is based on imported petroleum resin, high-quality white yellow pigment and auxiliary agent as auxiliary materials, and high-quality road marking paint produced by high-quality filler as functional material. The marked markings can meet the British standard and its strict standard requirements and quality requirements

Technical Data

●Density: 2.0g/cm³

●Softening point: tested in different environments: at least: 95 degrees - tropical level; 85 degrees - subtropical level; 65 degrees - temperate level.

●Brightness: white is not lower than 70, yellow is not lower than 50.

●Fluidity: After 48 hours of testing at 40 degrees (tropical and subtropical) or 23 degrees (temperate grade), its fluidity is not higher than 25%.

●Anti-slip force: no less than 45BPN

●Application thickness:

●Scraping: 2.0mm≤X≤ 5.0mm

●Spraying: 2.5mm≤X≤3.5mm

Storage

The storage environment requires dry, cool and not exposed to direct sunlight.
