Liyang City,Jiangsu Province,has good location and advantage of natural resources,and is a nationally renowned Jian'an town.This year,the region's building industry output value reaches more than 70 billion yuan and it has become one of the most attractive investment areas in Yangtze River Delta region.In recent years,with urban construction as one of the strategic businesses,Baosteel Engineering actively builds strategic industry chain.The recent promotion of steel structure green building has made progress and system integration industry development model has been recognized and affirmed by the community.There is broad cooperation space and great potential for the two sides'cooperation.

Apart from signing the main framework agreement,they also sign four sub-agreements:"Liyang City Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee and Baosteel Construction cooperation agreement","Liyang Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Baosteel Construction cooperation agreement","Baosteel Construction and Jiangsu Pengcheng Steel Structure joint venture framework agreement"and"Liyang City Daitou Town,Baossteel Construction and Jiangsu Pengcheng Steel Structure Investment Cooperation Agreement".In accordance with the agreements,Baosteel Engineering will carry out all-round cooperation in the field of green construction industry with Liyang City:Baosteel Engineering and Liyang area outstanding enterprise-Jiangsu Pengcheng Steel Structure will jointly invest and build the most competitive green building material and construction parts production base;they will take full advantage of Liyang local green building material resource,evoke Baosteel technical advantages,promote fabricated steel structure green building materials,construct state housing residential demonstration project;build fabricated structure construction R&D base which reflects Baosteel cultural traits and Liyang innovative city-building philosophy,build national innovation platform based on green building;vigorously introduce full contract,leading,industry chain quality projects and build China's first-class national green building industrial park.
