Tools

A complete set of tools will be supplied with the dredger for assembly and to carry out all major overhauls, including specialist’s service tools that may be required for Industrial Diesel Engine. A total set of recommend spare parts will come along with dredger to support clients operation dredger for one year with no problems.

2.4 Standard and grade request
The design and manufacture of the dredger satisfy the standard of CCS, the hull, mechanical equipments and other equipments meet the requirements of ZC.
The dredger meets the following demands and standards:

——《INSPECTION RULES FOR SHIP AND EQUIPMENT ON THE SEA》(2019);

Guarantee:

The seller will provide 12-months guarantee for the quality of the diesel engine, dredger hulls, motors, gearbox, hydraulic system and other main equipment. The warranty time starts from the working time of the dredger. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover accidental, malicious damage, careless or wrongful operation of the dredger of any equipment of the dredger. Wear-out parts are not warranty. The seller should provide the spare parts on time to the buyer when needed, and the cost paid by the buyer.



Testing in the testing center before shipment



The dredger is complete for testing in the testing center before ex-factory, in order to guarantee good performance and safety of our cutter suction dredger, it is tested like the machine working in the customer’s working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process. After testing, the dredge will be not tested in the working site and can directly working after assembly in the working place. Usually, the buyer can also supervise the testing process before dismantle the dredger.






A. Preparing work before testing



(1). Before 2 weeks of dredger testing, we will inform customers to our factory for dredger testing; If customer cannot come, videos and pictures will be sent to them for references.
(2). After dredger assembly finished in the testing center, the dredger deck and pontoons are cleaned; if any parts are broken or painting are damaged, repairing and repainting before testing.
(3). Moor dredger in a safe place before testing.
(4). Check all conditions of machinery installation and connections before the testing.
If any parts are not installed reasonable or any connection parts are loosened or any parts are missed for installation, then repaired or reinstalled.
(5). Get all oil and cooling water ready and put into machines before testing.



B. Testing contents



(1). Check working condition of electricity connection when all machines are working.
(2).Using of the emergency pump to check operation conditions of hydraulic system, and mechanical dredging work.
(3). After operation of system working condition checked, check engines running and power capacity.
(4). After engines’ testing finished, dredging pump will be tested and rotates at different speed with fresh water.
(5). Upon testing completion of electricity system, hydraulic system, engines, and dredging pump, main hydraulic pump will be opened and hydraulic system load performance is tested, in order to check operation of the work of the various hydraulic machinery and systems.



C. After testing



(1). After testing finished, all equipment performances and testing recorded will be printed as report. After all report finished, send to customer as review.
(2). After testing, do a good job on dredger and workers safety.
(3). After testing, all work about dredger dismantle should be prepared and let customer knows when and what time will do the delivery.




Dredger Installation

Installation of Dredger  
A:The total installation of dredger will need 10-20 days
B:2-3 skilled engineers will sent to guide the installation of dredger and train the operators.
C:Our engineer will arrive your working site within 3 days when the dredger has been transported to the workplace.
D: Buyer need to arrange 6-8 workers to assist our engineers in the process of installation.
E: Dredger should be tested for running 24 hours after the complete installation. Dredger test includes: Operation of the sand /mud dredging, Hydraulic and electrical system operating, Running of the dredger’s outfitting equipment
F:The buyer will be responsible for giving the seller's engineers and translator: accommodation, food, visa, round tickets, and wage of US$ 100.00 per day for each person.
G:The buyer’s workers will follow the seller’s engineers' proper arrangement.  To ensure the smooth installation of the dredger, the buyer will guarantee the seller's engineers will return to China within 3 days after the dredger has been installed and tested successfully.
